How do I receive my digital files?

After your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How long do I have to download my files?

Download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your link expires, contact us at digital@middlemanbrand.com and we'll reissue it.

What file formats are included?

Most packs include high-resolution PNG, JPEG, and PDF files. Template packs include editable PSD or AI source files where applicable. Each product page lists the exact formats included.

Can I re-download my files after purchase?

Yes. Your download link remains active for 30 days. For permanent access, save your files to cloud storage immediately after downloading.

Question 5

What is included in the personal use license?

The personal use license covers non-commercial use: personal projects, portfolios, social media posts that don't generate revenue, educational use, and printing for personal enjoyment.

Can I use these files for client work or commercial projects?

Commercial use requires a commercial license. Contact us at digital@middlemanbrand.com to discuss commercial licensing rates for agency, brand, or reseller use.

Can I resell or redistribute the files?

No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the raw files — even for free — is strictly prohibited under both personal and commercial licenses. You may use the output of the files in your work, but not the source files themselves.

Can I modify the files?

Yes, you can modify files for your own use within the scope of your license. You cannot modify and then resell or redistribute the modified files.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.

What if my files are corrupted or incomplete?

If you receive corrupted or incomplete files, email digital@middlemanbrand.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately.
